The Centennial Tree of Turkish Football: Fenerbahçe

Fenerbahçe Football Team completed the 2006-2007 season of the Super League ahead of all teams and achieved its 17th championship in the history of the national league.

It is undoubtedly the greatest happiness for every contestant to see the fruits of their efforts, regardless of summer or winter.

However, Fenerbahçe Sports Club's happiness this season did not only come from finishing the race ahead. Fenerbahçe, which made history as the first champion of the national league established in 1959, wrote a success story this season combined with the pride of serving Turkish sports for 100 years.

We celebrate this meaningful success and sincerely wish that the number of centuries-old plane trees serving in Turkish sports will increase.
